Cinnamon

Cinnamon has been used medicinally for thousands of years. It's warming, stimulating and helps to clear your mind, calm your nervous system so the body can relax, can help reduce stress and keeps you grounded.

Cloves

Cloves are extremely rich in antioxidants.  A powerful bacteria defeater due to potent antimicrobial properties, cloves are also a great way to strengthen your oral health.Due to its stimulating properties, clove oil can help to reduce fatigue, mental exhaustion, anxiety and stress. 

Ginger

Often used to treat anxiety, ginger is a wonderful antioxidant that is said to balance the hormones we produce in our bodies when we are stressed. When stressed, our bodies can often experience indigestion: ginger is a great way to calm this effect and keep you healthy.

Turmeric

One of the best spices to include in your diet for overall health and wellness. Turmeric has been used for healing for thousands of years in Ayurveda and traditional Chinese medicine. Packed with a substance called Curcumin which can reduce stress and anxiety. It is known to be a wonderful anti-inflammatory- it is said to help reduce inflammation in the brain, thus reducing the mental symptoms such as anxiety.
